| Received 2021.11.28 | Abstract. The article refers to the film adaptations of L. Carroll's fairy tales “Alice's Adventures in Wonderland” and “Through the Looking-Glass, and What Alice Found There”. There are quite a large number of attempts to transfer the complex and ambiguous text of an English writer into the language of cinema. According to various sources, from thirty to forty or more versions of the fairy tale are indicated. Among these numerous variations, there are also very worthy works. Within the framework of this article, we turn to domestic animation. These are the works of Efrem Pruzhansky “Alice in Wonderland” and “Alice through the Looking Glass” (1981-1982). |
